Sorry if my English is a bit clumsy! The translator helped me a bit since it's not my native language, also sorry if I sound harsh on some guidelines, I've had some bad experiences being too flexible but I'm willing to adapt to you too and answer all your questions!🤍
GENERAL
⁛Slots are assigned in order of arrival, I usually take two to four commissions (The wait before starting your work may vary depending on the amount of work I have).
⁛The visual references help me a lot, but it is appreciated if you add more things to them! As recent art, written descriptions about your character's personality/preferences/tastes would also help if you could tell me about the aesthetic you're looking for your character, either with descriptions or images.🌸I reserve the right to refuse a commission:
If I consider it to be something offensive to others or to my art
If I do not consider myself suitable or comfortable with the assignment
If the delivery time is less than a week or 5 days🌸I can draw/I want to draw:

PAYMENTS/REFUNDS
⁛Payment must be made before starting work (this can also be divided into 50% before starting and the other 50% after the sketch)
⁛Base prices are for personal use only, please talk to me about commercial use
⁛To have priority on your drawing you will have to pay the rates for express delivery(Please talk to me if you have a rush delivery deadline!)
⁛The payment must be made on Vgen.⁛ Please contact me before requesting refunds.
⁛I will not accept refunds once I have made substantial progress on the work or it is almost complete.
⁛I will only issue a refund if I have not made progress or been able to complete your order
⁛I am willing to work with you again on your commission if you are not satisfied with the results.
🌸Keep in mind that this does not mean that it will change the drawing completely, but it could improve some aspects such as:
> Color saturation
> Slight lighting changes
> Shadow Saturation
> Proportions
REVISIONS/COMMISSION PROCESS
⁛During the sketch stage you can make all the changes you consider necessary without additional charges (Changes will be made after payment in case it is made half and half, please feel free to make any suggestions/changes you think necessary! )
⁛During the lineart and base colors stage you can make some minor changes without extra charges (facial expressions, colors/tones/lighting, details that I as an artist have misinterpreted in the references)
⁛Once we move on to the final render stage, changes will have an additional charge depending on the difficulty (initial price: $5usd per change)
🌸Constant sending of the progress of your order as well as its respective stages (sketch, lineart, coloring and modifications) everything will be sent for validation and confirmation!
DEADLINES AND DELIVERYl
⁛My delivery time usually depends on our communication and the order of the orders but I usually estimate 1 to 2 weeks per order! (If for any reason these estimates change I will notify you about it)
⁛You can ask me at any time for order updates and waiting times!
⁛I can deliver the final pieces and their respective files via email/google drive folders if you have any other preferences feel free to tell me
⁛You can request a delivery time but urgent fees will be added (x2 the original price)
USE/INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
⁛I do NOT allow my art to be used for NFT or AI
⁛Commercial rates are x3 of the initial base price if the artwork is intended to be used commercially.
⁛I reserve the right to use any completed work in my portfolio or social media unless the client requests otherwise
⁛The client may make personal or private use of their commission as well as upload it to any social network granting credits, they may also make non-commercial editions (if the client has requested commercial use, they are exempt from this guideline since they may use it commercially) granting credits for the original drawing.
